'Your Journey To A Healthier Happier You'
My Story
I’m Nick, coffee lover, chocolate addict, photographer, motorcyclist and music fan. Welcome to my blog!
Did I say music fan? That’s probably an understatement. I grew up in a house where music was all around us, and once was convinced I wanted to be a DJ/ radio presenter. I did kind of make the dream come true, as I was once a DJ for my local hospital radio, co-presenting a request show on a Friday night. So don’t be surprised if often find that I add a music related twist wherever I can fit it in, as I was always told as a kid that music makes the world go round.
Everyone deserves to feel their best, both physically and mentally; but the path should be a journey, not a destination. It’s about finding balance, nurturing your body and mind, and it’s about creating a lifestyle that supports your overall wellbeing. This is why I started this blog, to share practical real world advice, tips and insights that have helped both me and others. Throughout this website you’ll find tips and advice that will enable you to navigate your own path to a healthier, happier you.
Having experienced periods of stress, depression and anxiety first hand, I’ve come to understand the challenges that can arise on the path to wellbeing. As a result, I’ve developed a deep empathy for those navigating similar experiences. It’s through these challenges that I’ve discovered the resilience of our mind and body, and the importance of self care.
Why not come along for the ride as we explore a range of topics that are here to support you in your overall wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to manage your stress levels, find ways to improve your overall mental health and wellbeing, or simply looking to live a more fulfilling life; you’re in the right place.
Good health is so important, especially your mental health. So don’t be a stranger, you never know I might even make reference to one of your favourite songs!
