My Story

With a career in health and wellbeing spanning over 20 years, and as someone who has experienced periods of stress, depression and anxiety first hand, I’ve come to understand the challenges that can arise on the path to wellbeing. As a result, I’ve developed a deep empathy for those navigating similar experiences. It’s through these challenges that I’ve discovered the resilience of our mind and body, and the importance of self care.
